Reservation policies

Room policies:

 

Check in 3:00 p.m. Check out 1:00p.m.

If you need to enter the hotel before the indicated time, the hotel may offer Early Check-in which will be subject to availability of the day and will be authorized by Management.

Any extra person will have an additional charge, no more than 4 people per room are accepted. Children under 10 years old sharing with their parents stay free.

According to the Minor Protection Law, minors are not allowed to enter the hotel rooms if they are not accompanied by their parents.

Pets are not accepted.

Our rooms are for NON-SMOKINGIf you smoke there will be a surcharge of US$50.00 which will be used to deodorize and disinfect the room.

No arrival policies:

In case of no-show, the first night of stay will be charged without the right to a refund.

Payment policies:

You can make payment by cash, bank transfer, credit cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa)

Breakfast:

Enjoy our Courtesy of the Hotel breakfast at 7:00 a.m. at 10:00 am. in our Restaurant. Children under 10 years old stay FREE with their parents, breakfast is not included.

Bio-Security Policies

Entrance to the hotel: 

Every person entering the hotel must comply with the following processes:

  • Go through the Disinfectant Mat.
  • Everything you carry with you such as bags, suitcases, packages, etc. It must be disinfected before entering the hotel.
  • You must wear a face mask. If you need an extra mask, reception will have it for sale.
  • Submit to temperature monitoring. If someone presents flu symptoms or symptoms of fever greater than or equal to 38°C. cannot be hosted. (we reserve the right of admission)
  • If it is a guest who enters again and has a temperature above 38°C. we reserve the right to:
  1. Call the competent authorities to report your health condition and follow the recommendations received.
  2. The check out process will be allowed without any additional charge.
  3. HOTEL LA POSADA DE MI VIEJO will not be responsible for medical expenses, costs or charges that the guest requires during their stay.
  • Within the hotel facilities, following the guidelines of medical experts to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, the use of face masks is mandatory in indoor public areas and in the parking area.

CHECK IN and CHECK OUT

  • We streamline the check-in and check-out processes, in order to ensure that the guest takes as little time as possible to enter their room. To speed up check-in, you will be asked to send information in advance through text messages or email (registration sheet, identity or passport photo, and epidemiological investigation form).
  • If you are already serving someone at reception, you must maintain social distancing of 1.5 to 2.0 meters.
  • In the case of check out, we have online payment platforms so that the guest can pay their pending balance before leaving the hotel. Likewise, all invoices will be sent by email.
  • The Common Areas and operations areas of our hotels are continuously cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.
  • All frequent touch points in public areas such as: door handles, counters, tables, railings, etc. They are cleaned daily and disinfected continuously throughout the day.
  • The restaurant room will be temporarily disabled, until table service is authorized by the competent authorities. Only room service or takeout will be provided.
  • At the moment the use of the pool is disabled.
  • In all public bathrooms there are soap and disposable towel dispensers, as well as instructions for correct hand washing.
  • Duly approved hand sanitizers with their respective hand hygiene instructions are available in all areas of the hotel.

Common zones:

 

The Common Areas and operations areas of our hotels are continuously cleaned and disinfected throughout the day.

All frequent touch points in public areas such as: door handles, counters, tables, railings, etc. They are cleaned daily and disinfected continuously throughout the day.

The restaurant room will be temporarily disabled, until table service is authorized by the competent authorities. Only room service or takeout will be provided.

Our Rooms

The rooms were subjected to a review process, in which all elements that could represent risks for the transmission of the virus were removed.

The room that will receive a new guest undergoes a complete disinfection process using ozone or nebulization.

TV and air conditioning controls are delivered clean and disinfected.

We recommend to our long-stay guests the option of requesting in the lobby that the room cleaning process not be carried out unless they request it. You can ask for towel replacements in the lobby.

Visitors are not allowed. If you want another person to enter your room, you must register, make payment and comply with protocols as a guest.
