Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day, it must be reconfirmed with the front office staff and authorized by management/ La entrada anticipada o la salida tardía están sujetas a la disponibilidad de camas/habitaciones del día en cuestión, deberá reconfirmarse con el personal de recepción y autorizado por Gerencia.

• No-arrival policies/Politica de no Arrivo:

In case of no-arrival, the first night's stay will be charged without refund./ En caso de no presentarse, se hará cargo de la primera noche de estancia sin derecho a reembolso.

• Deposit Policy/ Política de Deposito:

You can pay by cash, bank transfer, credit cards (american express, master card, visa)./ Puede hacer el pago mediante efectivo, transferencia Bancaria, tarjetas de crédito (american express, master card, visa)

All guests must produce a valid passport upon Check-in/Todos los huéspedes deben presentar un pasaporte válido al registrarse.

• Air Conditioning Use/ Uso del Aire Acondicionado

  If the guest is not in the room and has left the air conditioning on, our staff reserves the right to turn it off in order to conserve energy and reduce unnecessary consumption./ Si el huésped no se encuentra en la habitación y ha dejado el aire acondicionado encendido, nuestro personal se reserva el derecho de apagarlo para conservar energía y reducir el consumo innecesario.

  This measure helps minimize energy waste, contributing to environmental sustainability and the responsible use of natural resources./ Esta medida ayuda a minimizar el desperdicio de energía, contribuyendo así a la sostenibilidad ambiental y al uso responsable de los recursos naturales.

• Temperature Setting / Configuración de Temperatura

  For environmental considerations and to avoid damage to the air conditioning units, the minimum temperature allowed in the rooms is 20°C. This ensures optimal performance of the units while maintaining a comfortable environment for our guests./ Por consideraciones ambientales y para evitar daños en los equipos de aire acondicionado, la temperatura mínima permitida en las habitaciones es de 20°C. Esto garantiza un rendimiento óptimo de los equipos mientras se mantiene un ambiente cómodo para nuestros huéspedes.

  En Hotel La Posada De Mi Viejo, estamos comprometidos con la seguridad y el respeto en nuestras instalaciones. A fin de garantizar una experiencia agradable para todos nuestros huéspedes, les solicitamos su comprensión y cooperación al cumplir con las siguientes políticas:

  1. Respect and Courtesy / Respeto y Cortesía

  All guests, staff, and visitors must be treated with respect and courtesy at all times./ Todos los huéspedes, personal y visitantes deben ser tratados con respeto y cortesía en todo momento.

  Aggressive, rude, or disrespectful behavior is strictly prohibited./ Se prohíbe estrictamente cualquier comportamiento agresivo, grosero o irrespetuoso.

  2. Silence and Rest / Silencio y Descanso

  Keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing the rest of other guests./ Mantenga el ruido al mínimo para no perturbar el descanso de otros huéspedes./

  Loud noises, parties, or disruptive behavior affecting the tranquility of the environment are prohibited./ Se prohíben ruidos fuertes, fiestas o comportamientos disruptivos que afecten la tranquilidad del ambiente./

  3. Safety and Emergencies / Seguridad y Emergencias

  Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the hotel./ Siga todas las instrucciones y pautas de seguridad proporcionadas por el hotel.

  Immediately report any emergency or dangerous situation to staff to ensure a quick response./ Informe de inmediato al personal sobre cualquier emergencia o situación peligrosa para garantizar una respuesta rápida. /

  4. Responsible Use of Facilities / Uso Responsable de las Instalaciones

  Use the rooms and hotel facilities responsibly and respectfully/ Utilice las habitaciones y las instalaciones del hotel de manera responsable y respetuosa.

  Engaging in activities that may cause damage to the hotel property is prohibited/ Está prohibido participar en actividades que puedan causar daño a la propiedad del hotel.

  5. Inappropriate Behavior / Comportamientos Inadecuados

  Any behavior that puts at risk the safety, comfort, or well-being of other guests is prohibited./ Queda prohibido cualquier comportamiento que ponga en riesgo la seguridad, comodidad o bienestar de otros huéspedes.

  Harassment, violence, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited/ El acoso, la violencia o cualquier forma de discriminación está estrictamente prohibido.

  6. Compliance with Policy/ Cumplimiento de la Política

  Non-compliance with this Code of Conduct may result in immediate expulsion from the hotel without refund/ El incumplimiento de este Código de Conducta puede resultar en la expulsión inmediata del hotel sin reembolso.

  The hotel reserves the right to take legal action in case of property damage or inappropriate behavior./ El hotel se reserva el derecho de tomar acciones legales en caso de daños a la propiedad o comportamiento inapropiado.

Additional Information / Informacion Adicional

An additional charge applies for each extra person, with a limit of 4 persons per room. Children under 10 years of age sharing with their parents stay free of charge. According to the Law for the Protection of Minors, minors are not allowed in the rooms unaccompanied by their parents. Pets are not allowed. All rooms are non-smoking, and smoking is subject to a US$50.00 surcharge, used for deodorizing and disinfecting the room.

Se aplica un recargo adicional por cada persona extra, con un límite de 4 personas por habitación doble. Los niños menores de 10 años que compartan con sus padres se hospedan gratis. Según la Ley de Protección al Menor, no se permite la entrada de menores de edad a las habitaciones sin la compañía de sus padres. No se aceptan mascotas. Todas las habitaciones son para no fumadores, y fumar conlleva un recargo de US$50.00, utilizado para desodorizar y desinfectar la habitación.
